ABC’s Abbott Elementary is the critical and commercial comedy from star and creator Quinta Brunson. The award-winning sitcom follows a group of teachers in the Philadelphia public school system.
CHALLENGE
Create an eye-catching activation based on Abbott Elementary’s fan favorite episodes: A.V.A. Fest!
IDEA
We stepped outside of the school and did an original take on A.V.A. Fest by creating our own summer edition. Games, treats, digital takeaways, and prizes were themed around each character from the series. To bring it all together we incorporated a Yo-Yo swing ride, ball pit with slide, the Philadelphia Eagles Drumline, and the Abbott Elementary school entrance!
“Over the top and unhinged” has never looked better!
Results
We created an interactive experience that highlighted the ABC brand, each major character from the series, and promoted the new season. ABC increased throughput significantly during this year’s Comic-Con in comparison to 2022.
